These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Fifty Eight Twelve (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Fifty Eight Twelve website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto. By accessing the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. Individuals engaging in volunteer activities or church partnerships through this site acknowledge that participation is voluntary and involves inherent risks associated with reentry ministry. Fifty Eight Twelve, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising out of or related to your participation in ministry activities, including but not limited to church education sessions, mentorship, or bridge-walking services.
